Six things that decide the nightly rate
City and location
A city-centre apartment sits in a different bracket than a nearby suburb. We propose what makes sense for your site or office.
Apartment size
One-bedroom, three-bedroom or a whole house — size and room count affect the rate.
Headcount
Shared apartments are priced per resident; a whole apartment is priced per apartment.
Length of stay
The longer the stay, the lower the nightly rate. Long projects always get the best level.
Equipment level
Basic covers the functional essentials, Comfort is designer-furnished.
Add-on services
Regular cleaning, parking and workspaces are agreed as needed.
Per person
Shared apartments — you only pay for occupied beds per night. Ideal when the team rotates between projects.
Per apartment
A whole apartment for your team or a single resident — one nightly rate for the apartment. Best for stable long-term stays.

How does the price level compare with hotels?
For long stays a furnished apartment is clearly cheaper than an equivalent hotel — and the resident gets a kitchen, a washing machine and privacy. The exact rate depends on city, size and length of stay.
How do I see rates and availability?
Join as a corporate client for free in the asunnot.immodan.fi portal. After registration you see apartments, rates and availability — and get a dedicated contact.
Is pricing per person or per apartment?
Both — you choose what fits the project. Shared apartments are priced per resident; renting a whole apartment is priced per apartment.
Do larger teams get a better rate?
Yes. Larger volumes and longer periods improve the rate. Your contact tailors the package to your team.
What's the minimum stay?
Stays from 30 nights. Contract length and terms are always agreed case by case.
What does the framework agreement cost?
Nothing. The framework agreement and the client portal are free — you only pay for actual stays.
How fast can we get an apartment?
Typically within 24–48 hours. In urgent cases we have arranged an apartment the same day.
