How pricing works
All quotes are tailored. The final price depends on city, apartment size, number of residents and the length of stay. Stays of one month or longer can save up to 70% compared with equivalent hotel rates.
Commitment is rewarded
Contracts default to open-ended with one month notice. If you can commit to a fixed term, we reward it with a discount on the monthly rate:
- 3-month commitment — 10% off the monthly rate
- 6-month commitment — 20% off the monthly rate

Minimum stay and group size
Our minimum booking is one month with a minimum of 2 people per month — our portfolio consists mainly of 2-bedroom and larger apartments, so this keeps the per-person cost efficient for both sides. Contracts default to open-ended (until further notice) with a one-month notice period — flexible for projects whose end date can shift.
VAT
Finnish VAT (currently 13.5%) applies to short-term furnished housing and is shown clearly on every quote and invoice.
