How pricing works
All quotes are tailored — final rates are negotiated as part of the framework agreement. Framework clients always get the best price, whether priced per person or per apartment. Stays of 30 nights or longer can save up to 70% compared with equivalent hotel rates.
Commitment is rewarded
- 3-month commitment — 10% off the nightly rate
- 6-month commitment — 20% off the nightly rate

Minimum stay and group size
Our minimum booking is 30 nights with a minimum of 2 people for shared apartments. Whole-apartment pricing has no per-person minimum. Contracts default to flexible — terms agreed case by case.
VAT
Finnish VAT (currently 13.5%) applies and is shown clearly on every quote and invoice.
