About Immodan

Immodan was founded in summer 2023 by two entrepreneurs, Kristian Immonen and Artem Daniliants, driven by a passion for high-quality accommodation. Our mission is to redefine corporate project housing by offering tailored, cost-efficient solutions to businesses.

Years of experience in the hospitality industry — and especially in pro-level accommodation for consumers — gave us a unique view of market needs. Immodan was born from the insight that hotels often fail to cover the requirements of longer stays.

Our mission is to deliver "individual quality for project housing": carefully selected furniture, quality linens, more comfortable beds and a comprehensive set of add-on services — an Immodan home is a true home away from home.

From 2026, the principal owner of Immodan Oy is Kristian Immonen. New shareholders include Julia and Timo Markkanen and Eero Mannermaa, bringing strong business and growth expertise.

The board oversees Immodan's strategic direction, supporting growth, internationalisation and the continuous development of service quality. Our goal is to establish Immodan as Finland's leading provider of tailored corporate project housing.

Immodan's network consists of host partners who offer furnished rental apartments across Finland. We do not manage the apartments ourselves; instead, our partners make their properties available to our corporate clients and take care of furnishing, cleaning, and maintenance.

Our job is to make sure the right property reaches the right corporate client quickly and reliably. Contract clients are among the first to see each request and can offer their property whenever it suits them.
