Our story
Immodan was founded in summer 2023 by two entrepreneurs, Kristian Immonen and Artem Daniliants, driven by a shared passion for high-quality accommodation. Our mission is to transform corporate project housing by offering tailored, cost-efficient housing solutions for businesses.
Years of experience in the hospitality industry — and especially in pro-level guest housing — revealed that hotels rarely meet every need of longer stays. Immodan was built to fill that gap.
Our promise is "individual quality for project housing": carefully selected furniture, premium linens, comfortable beds and a full set of value-added services. An Immodan home is a real home away from home.
Ownership and board
From 2026 onwards, Immodan Oy's principal owner is Kristian Immonen. New partners Julia and Timo Markkanen and Eero Mannermaa bring deep business and growth expertise.
The company is guided by a board supporting Immodan's growth, internationalization and continuous service-quality improvement. Our goal: establish Immodan as Finland's leading provider of tailored corporate project housing.
