Our framework-agreement clients send new accommodation requests for their employees every day. As a partner you're notified first and can offer your property only when it suits you. Immodan doesn't rent your apartment itself and doesn't pay a fixed monthly rent — we act as an intermediary: we make the accommodation contract with the corporate client on your behalf, insure the stay and handle invoicing.
When a corporate client submits a request in your area, partners are notified first. You'll see a short summary of the need (city, period, group size, price range) and can choose to offer your property. We don't commit you to anything — you offer only when it suits you.
Once your offer is accepted, we make the contract with the corporate client, insure the stay and invoice the client. You don't need to handle negotiations, contract paperwork, collections or damage claims — you receive payment for the completed stay as agreed. Our standard commission is 18.5% of the completed stay, with no fixed fees.
Our corporate clients often need accommodation on short notice, so we prioritise properties that are already furnished and ready for guests. Individual owners are also welcome — list your property and see real-time demand in your area.

We insure every stay: damage caused by the guest beyond normal wear and tear, contents damage, and liability claims from third parties. No separate deposit is charged from the guest.
Immodan invoices the corporate client — not you. You don't need to run credit checks or handle collections. Your share is paid out monthly for the completed stay.
The contract is always made in writing. Customer service, guest communication and contract handling all go through Immodan — with a single point of contact.

Insurance payouts are subject to the limitations of the insurance terms — for example, intentional damage is not covered. We recommend owners also carry their own home insurance for extra protection. Current terms can always be found in Immodan's terms of use.
Even if a corporate client's group has e.g. 5 people and your property only sleeps two, that's not a problem — we offer your property only for the part of the group it suits. The rest are accommodated in other properties.
