We are primarily looking for housing partners with one or more furnished apartments. Corporate clients with framework agreements see your listings and rent them directly through Immodan. Listing is non-binding — individual apartments are welcome too.

Highest demand: Kajaani and the surrounding area (Sotkamo, Paltamo), Kouvola, Helsinki, Kotka, Hyvinkää, Vaasa, Turku and Porvoo. We also accept listings from Lappeenranta, Jyväskylä, Tampere, Oulu, Lahti, Espoo & Vantaa, Kuopio and Pori.
Who we are looking for

Corporate clients with framework agreements see your listings and rent them directly through Immodan. Furnished properties are rented at a higher market rate. Individual owners with a single furnished apartment are welcome too.
